I ALMOST TOUCHED HALSEY!!!

No, this is not an over-exaggeration. I really did *almost* touch my favorite gay icon, Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, or better known as Halsey.

On November 21st, Halsey performed at the Little Caesars Arena in Downtown Detroit for one of the last performances of her Hopeless Fountain Kingdom tour. And honestly, it was one of the greatest days of my life.

My friend, Katia and I got tickets. And because she is not that famous yet, we were able to snag floor seats for a LOW price of $80.

Now Halsey's stage had three parts, the main stage which was set up like a bunch of stairs that projected images, a walkway leading to the smaller stage, and the smaller stage (which is pictured to the left). Katia and I stood along to border of the walkway along with a bunch of her other stans and basked in all the loveliness that is being this close to Halsey for the entirety of the concert.

During the performance of her song "Don't Play," her dancer and her were dancing a fight scene that involved stomping on the stage and water was flying everywhere (including on me!!!). During the song, the dancer walked back to the main stage, while reaching out to fans. And I was able to reach out a touch her hand.

But, when Halsey walked down the walkway, she wasn't really reaching out to fans. So I tried to reach out and try to brush up against her, but failed. So, yeah, that was the story of the time I almost touched Halsey (featuring my horrible first draft grammar to maintain the authenticity of the moment), hope you all enjoyed!
