How I'm preparing my body to be the best it can be in 2018!

Cardio: Peloton Bike
Three days a week, I do a thirty minute workout on the spin bike that my family has in our home. I like to wait until I'm home alone to work out in order to have some privacy.

Core:
I also do a core workout 2-3 times a week to get more toned abs, and get rid of extra body fat. Doing core workouts also boosts my confidence because those tend to be the easiest for me.
Diet:
I'm not making a lot of significant changes to the way I eat. I'm not really trying to lose weight or change my body type. My fitness journey is just more about getting more exercize to make up for the fact that I no longer play sports. But I am incorporting more fruits into my diet by making smoothies in the mornings. I also am working on being more consistent about drinking water.
